Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once your order is on it’s way to your couch, tracking info will be provided by email.

I am a small, one-pillow gal operation and sometimes orders can be delayed due to holidays, weather or personal life. I do my best to get orders out out to you asap, but sometimes life happens!
Please make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. Jagged Little Pillows is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was provided.
Paying shipping sucks! I feel ya, but please remember that I am an independently owned small business, not a big guy like Amazon. As such, my shipping fees reflect what I, as a small brand have to pay. Most times the amount charged rarely even covers my fees.
Although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe the products in detail, I cannot guarantee every digital screen will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
